3. Project Management Executive

Job Details:

• Working Hour:   Monday – Friday (8am – 5pm) ; Saturday (8am – 12pm)
• Working Day:  5.5 Days
• Working Location: Kaki Bukit
• Salary Range: $2500 - $4000

Job Description:

• Prepare, maintain, and manage tender documents.
• Manage and monitor all financial aspects of assigned projects, ensuring they remain within budget.
• Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks related to cost, schedule, safety, and contractual matters to ensure smooth project execution.
• Source, liaise, compile, and evaluate quotations from subcontractors based on requirements, specifications, and schedules.
• Review and negotiate with contractors for cost-saving strategies, from rough estimates to final price approvals.
• Prepare detailed schedules for the site team to ensure timely completion of scheduled work.
• Oversee project administration and documentation.
• Maintain good relationships with external parties, including clients, architects / consultants, contractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities/personnel.

Job Requirement:

• Preferably past experience in main contractor HDB project and Tender team.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
