Assistant Project Manager

• Office at: CHANGI BUSINESS PARK {Expo MRT}
• Work at project sites (Toa Payoh)
• Mon to Fri, from 8.30am to 5.15pm
• Salary is up to $8,000
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in construction/project management.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in the overall planning, scheduling, operation and execution of the project lifecycle from inception to completion.
• Monitor project progress against established timelines, budgets, and performance targets.
• Develop and maintain construction programmes, resource plans, and work schedules.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and authorities.
• Review design drawings, specifications, and technical submissions for compliance and constructability.
• Work closely with design consultants to resolve design issues and optimize buildability.
• Coordinate and support project teams, including site engineers and coordinators.
