ACCOUNTANT / SNR ACCOUNTANT

Job Summary

Lead and supervise accounting operations including general ledger, fixed assets, reconciliations, and project accounting. Prepare and ensure timely submission of financial and management reports while driving process improvements for operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Accounts Executives in managing general ledger, fixed assets, reconciliations, and project accounting to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring proficiency and effectiveness in month-end and year-end account closing processes
• Prepare monthly financial, project, management reports, forecasts, annual budgets, and other assigned reports with accuracy and timeliness
• Manage high volumes of accounting transactions while maintaining data integrity and accuracy
• Liaise effectively with external auditors, tax agents, and governmental authorities to facilitate audits and compliance
• Identify and implement process and procedural improvements to enhance accounting efficiency and effectiveness
• Collaborate with team members to meet tight reporting deadlines and resolve day-to-day accounting issues

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree or professional qualification in accounting
• At least 6 years of accounting experience
• Experience with Microsoft AX or other ERP systems
