Job Description - ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

Ensure timely, accuratemonth-end closing and financial reporting to Management.
· Responsible forpreparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements.
· Responsible foraccounting processes and tasks (i.e.: AP & AR process, GL, accountreconciliation, etc.)
· Coordinate and liaisewith internal parties to support intercompany activities.
· Support forecasting andbudgeting exercise as per corporate guidelines
· Coordinate and liaisewith external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarialagents, local tax, and government authorities where required.
· Support and ensurecompliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirement(GST/WHT/CIT/…), audits, procedures, and forms both statutory and internal.
· Assist in new processesand system implementation when required.
