Aircon Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation (ACMV) installation, maintenance, servicing, and repair works.

• Lead a team of technicians and workers to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.

• Conduct site inspections and monitor work progress to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and workplace safety regulations.

• Plan manpower deployment, work schedules, and material requirements for project execution.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to air-conditioning systems and equipment.

• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and clients on project requirements and work progress.

• Ensure proper documentation of service reports, maintenance records, and site activities.

• Monitor inventory and ensure timely procurement of tools, equipment, and materials.

• Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company safety procedures at all worksites.

• Attend site meetings and prepare progress reports as required.

• Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training to technicians and junior staff.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma, NITEC, Higher NITEC, or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in ACMV / air-conditioning installation, maintenance, or project supervision.

• Good knowledge of commercial and industrial air-conditioning systems.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Familiar with Singapore Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements.

• Possession of Class 3 driving license is an advantage.

• Able to work independently and under pressure to meet project deadlines.
