Job Description
You will be assigned as an Team Lead. You will be leading other individuals to perform the work required.

Responsible for maintaining the facilities in good conditionfor newly installed Air-Con and Mechanical Ventilation System (ACMV) System.

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead AC technicians at site.

Coordinate daily ACMV installation, servicing, repair, and maintenance works.

Check workmanship for FCU, AHU, split unit, VRV/VRF, copper pipe, drain pipe, ducting, insulation, and electrical control wiring.

Troubleshoot AC faults such as water leaking, poor cooling, noisy unit, compressor fault, fan motor fault, drain choke, and refrigerant leak.

Ensure works follow drawings, site requirements, safety rules, and company standards.

Update daily progress, manpower, materials, defects, and site issues to management.

Assist in testing, commissioning, inspection, and handover works.

Job Skills

- Able to supervise technicians and coordinate site works in a team

environment with individuals of diverse background

- Hands-on knowledge in AC installation, servicing, and troubleshooting.

- Able to read basic ACMV drawings and follow site instructions & able to communicate in English

- Good team worker with service oriented mindset;

- Responsible, independent, and able to work under pressure.

- Safety certificates and Class 3 driving licence will be an advantage.

- Minimum 3–5 years ACMV / HVAC experience.
