• Position Title: Archi Structure BIM Coordinator
• Working Location: Central Region
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm)
• Salary Package: Basic $4,000 - $6,000 per month
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and engineers.
• Manage and prepare BIM models and shop drawings to support construction works.
• Coordinate structural and architectural works during the construction process.
• Have good knowledge of structural and architectural details.
• Lead and manage the in-house offsite modelling team for BIM delivery.
• Work closely with internal teams, external parties, and authorities to resolve structural or architectural design and construction issues.
• Assist in maintaining BIM systems and standards for construction projects.
• Liaise with clients and consultants, and prepare or conduct weekly progress reports and technical meetings.
• Ensure subcontractors and vendors follow project specifications and standards during VDC implementation.
• Experience in large-scale projects, such as commercial towers, will be advantageous.
• Able to work well with others and meet tight deadlines.
• Raise RFIs and manage the resolution of disputes or coordination issues with the relevant trade subcontractors.
• Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts.
• Conduct QA/QC checks on BIM models.

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of coordination experience.
• Familiar with Singapore building and construction regulations.
• Good knowledge of architectural and structural specifications and requirements.
• Experience in producing structural or architectural shop drawings.
• Experience in MOHH or commercial projects will be advantageous.
• Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 will be advantageous.
• Industry BIM certification, such as Revit Professional or BCA BIM courses, is preferred.
• Experience with Bluebeam or other markup and design review tools will be advantageous.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to build positive working relationships with different stakeholders.
• Self-motivated with good time management skills.
• Knowledge of BIM software is required.
