Architectural & Structural Drafter

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and revise structural drawings using AutoCAD and other drafting software.
• Produce construction drawings, including structural plans, reinforcement detailing, steel structure drawings and structural detail drawings.
• Prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings based on engineers' and PE-approved drawings.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants and site teams to ensure drawing accuracy and timely submission.
• Update drawings according to project requirements and site conditions.
• Assist in material quantity take-off and project documentation.
• Ensure all drawings comply with BCA requirements, relevant codes of practice and company standards.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of drawings and revisions.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture or related disciplines.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in structural drafting or construction drafting.
• Proficient in AutoCAD. Knowledge of ArchiCAD or other BIM software will be an advantage.
• Familiar with structural drawings, reinforcement detailing, steel structure drawings and construction drawings.
• Familiar with Singapore building regulations and BCA requirements.
• Able to prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings independently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.
• Immediate availability will be an advantage.
