Job Description - Architectural Coordinator

Attend daily meeting, toolbox and taiso exercise, participate actively in all safety and housekeeping works.
Attend consultant and technical meetings at clients or consultants’ office.
Attend WSHC meeting.
Take off quantity for Architectural related works- assist Site QS to check.
Site inspection with RTO/RE.
Site Safety inspection and keep daily record of all activities on sites.
Co-ordinate drawings and samples submission with consultant, architect, sub-contractor and supplier.
Check and co-ordinate shop drawings.
Communicate and coordinate with Building Management during AEI works.
Prepare minutes of meeting agenda.
Submit daily and safety report.
Submit and gather records for all RFI, RFM, RFA to Architect and ID.
Coordination with internal authority submissions and inspections (i.e.Coretrade, Conquas, Constructibilty, etc).
Night duty when necessary
