Architectural Coordinator

Job Description:

• Report to Project Manager the progress of architectural work.
• Coordination of all architectural drawings and works, including the preparation, submission, and updating of Shop Drawings and As-Built submissions.
• Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, project supervision and documentation.
• Supervise and inspect all Architectural works carried out by sub-contractors
• Assist quality team for Conquas and Quality Mark.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Architecture or any relevant qualification
• Familiar with BCA CONQUAS, and other Quality Mark Assessment application
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the construction field
• Preferable knowledge for BIM software/Autodesk Revit
