Architectural Coordinator

1. Coordinate and liaise with main contractor, consultants, sub-contractors.

2. Supervise and check subcontractors’ works according to design drawings, specifications, and regulation.

3. Prepare design presentation, conceptual and schematic designs.

4. Prepare catalogues and drawings from design intent and submit for approvals.

5. Monitor design development and liaise with consultants on design issues.

6. Issue drawings to subcontractors and liaise with them for technical issues.

7. Carry out Architectural Coordinators works scheduling, material requisition, project supervision and documentation.

8. Carry out site inspection and make sure that it conforms with the drawings.

9. Assist Project Manager to monitor site progress and prepare weekly progress reports.

10. Coordinating with subcontractors on site matters.

11. Perform all other duties as assigned and required.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Architecture with minimum 3 years’ relevant experience with a main construction firm.

2. Experience in residential houses, residential and commercial ID projects.

3. Be able to read and understand construction drawings.

4. Be meticulous, highly motivated and independent with excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills.

5. Bilingual in English & Mandarin in order to communicate with Chinese speaking counterparts
