Architectural Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Architectural planning, coordinating the drawings, reviewing of project specifications and technical clarifications
• Monitoring of sample submission, update status of drawings and materials approval status of drawing, etc
• Perform site supervision for architectural works
• Supervision of architectural works carried out by sub-contractors
• Coordinate with consultants and sub-contractors
• Ensure the smooth completion of the project

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Higher Nitec in Architecture/ Civil Engineering or its equilvalent
• Some knowledge in the use of BIM tools for design / construction documentation.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experiences in the construction industry
• Only Singaporean
