Job Description

• Position Title: Architectural Coordinator
• Working Location: Woodlands / Islandwide
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon - Fri, 8.00am - 6.00pm; Sat, 8.00am - 1.00pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $5,000 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in project planning and coordinate architectural finishing works on site.
• Supervise architectural works on site on a daily basis and handle issues related to the project.
• Liaise with subcontractors and ensure architectural works, finishes, and installations are completed according to quality standards and project schedule.
• Conduct regular inspections and review the work performance of subcontractors for architectural and façade installation works.
• Assist in identifying and resolving technical issues or discrepancies that arise on site.
• Monitor site safety practices and ensure contractors follow relevant safety regulations and site procedures.
• Review and check detailed drawings and plans before work is carried out on site.
• Track site progress against the approved construction schedule and inform the Project Manager if there are delays.
• Carry out quality inspections to ensure works meet the required standards.

• Diploma / Degree in Building, Architectural, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in residential construction projects.
• Relevant industry certification may be considered with substantial related experience.
• Familiar with 2D and 3D AutoCAD.
