Architectural Coordinator (LTA / MRT Project)

Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Architectural Coordinator to support the delivery of LTA and MRT construction projects. The successful candidate will work closely with the team leader and relevant stakeholders to ensure that all architectural works are coordinated effectively, executed to the required standards, and compliant with LTA and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the team leader in coordinating all architectural works on site, ensuring that design intent, quality standards, and regulatory requirements are consistently met throughout the project

• Review and assess architectural drawings, technical specifications, and construction details, identifying and flagging discrepancies or non-conformances for prompt resolution

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to manage the preparation, submission, and tracking of Design Acceptance Report (DAR) submissions and associated approval documentation

• Organise and actively participate in coordination meetings with contractors, LTA representatives, Architect of Record (AE), and other project stakeholders to facilitate clear communication and timely decision-making

• Monitor and oversee site installations, mock-up inspections, and trade demonstrations to ensure all works are carried out in alignment with approved project standards and specifications

Requirements 

• Diploma in Architecture or an equivalent qualification from a recognised institution

• Familiar with LTA submission processes, DAR documentation, and MRT project requirements and standards

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant architectural software

• Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to manage and direct subcontractors effectively

• Able to read and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and technical details accurately

• Detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to track multiple submissions, approvals, and site activities concurrently

• A proactive team player who can engage confidently with clients, authorities, consultants, and contractors
