Architectural Supervisor

Job Summary

The Architectural Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating all architectural works on site to ensure that they are carried out according to approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and the project schedule. The role involves working closely with consultants, subcontractors, and the project team to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor all architectural works on site, including finishes, fit-out works, doors, windows, ceilings, flooring, painting, waterproofing, and other related works.
• Ensure all architectural works comply with approved drawings, specifications, authorities' requirements, and company quality standards.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to the project schedule.
• Inspect completed works and identify defects or non-conformities, ensuring timely rectification.
• Attend site meetings, coordination meetings, and inspections with clients, consultants, and relevant authorities.
• Coordinate architectural works with structural, M&E, and other trades to avoid clashes and delays.
• Monitor work progress and prepare daily or weekly progress reports.
• Assist in planning work sequences and manpower allocation to achieve project milestones.
• Ensure materials delivered to site meet project specifications and approved samples.
• Maintain proper site documentation, including inspection records, site instructions, and progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company safety policies.
• Report site issues, delays, and risks to the Project Manager and recommend corrective actions.
• Support the project team in achieving quality, cost, and schedule objectives.
