Asset Management Executive (North / Facilities Management)

Location: North

Working hours: Monday - Friday, Alternate Saturday

Responsibilities:

• Asset and inventories registration, verifying, tracking the asset and updating the asset information.
• Asset and inventories disposal, checking the Net Book Value of asset, preparing the paperwork to seek HoD’s approval in the write-off and initiate the disposal process.
• Maintain accurate records of the client's assets and inventories, including acquisition, transfers, and disposals of the client's assets in line with QEHS requirements.
• Assist in conducting regular physical asset audits and reconciling discrepancies.
• Collaborate with various teams to gather asset information and update the asset database.
• Support the asset management team (BATS) in creating reports and analyzing asset data.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair activities for assets, ensuring timely completion.
• Assist in the development and implementation of asset management procedures.
• Respond to internal inquiries related to asset information and status updates.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines related to asset management.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in any discipline.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with an attention to detail.
• Good written and communication skills and strong IT skills.
