Assistant Installation Supervisor

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage a team of installation technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure successful installations.
• Plan and organize installation projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and equipment procurement, to meet customer expectations and project deadlines.
• Ensure that all installations meet industry standards and quality guidelines and perform inspections to guarantee proper functioning of equipment.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to protect the installation team during installations, ensuring adherence to WSH and industry safety standards.
• Provide training and mentorship to installation technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge in the field.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during installations, including equipment malfunctions and unforeseen obstacles.
• Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effective installation solutions while maintaining quality.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering.
• Candidates must have at least 5-8 years of experience in technical service management.
• Candidates with experience in commercial foodservice industry would be an added advantage.
