ASSISTANT OPERATION MANAGER

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor and supervise site team to ensure compliance to the quality procedures & standard of workmanship.
• Checking on quality and quantity of work by subcontractors.
• Preparation of basic work schedule for the site team to followaccordingly.
• Ability to resolve drawing discrepancies prior to start.
• Preparation of basic method of statements and work instructions for works.
• Involve in coordination between sub-contractors / vendors / clients and anticipate labor / material / equipment demands to meet schedules.
• Involve in planning all works on site, including program schedules andconstruction methods, forecast equipment, material and manpower requirement,and control material usage and wastages .
• Day-to-day management of the site.
• Preparing daily reports. Value Add of Position Ability to identify potential and occurring problems that affect the schedule of works at site and recommend solutions to relevant team / department.
• Oversee the function of all operational departments to ensure that effectiveness and operational efficiency are achieved.
• Responsible for successful completion of all projects in line with projects specifications and schedules.
• Enhance the performance of a highly motivated team.
• Responsible for achieving profitability targets of every project.
• Must be able to answer calls anytime
• Off on weekdays
• Willing take the pressure

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent from a recognized University
• Prior at least 4 years of project working experience.
• Have good interpersonal skills
