Job Description - Assistant Project Manager

  • Maintain master construction timelines, tracking daily progress against scheduled milestones.
  • Oversee daily activities across structural, architectural, M&E, and interior fit-out trades.
  • Track on-site labor allocations, material deliveries, and equipment utilization rates.
  • Identify field challenges early and escalate critical path risks to the Senior PM.
  • Manage project documentation including permits, blueprints, RFIs, and site diaries.
  • Partner with the contracts team to review progress claims and verify subcontractor scopes.
  • Assist in evaluating subcontractor qualifications, experience, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Organize and document regular site progress meetings with subcontractors and consultants.
  • Compile weekly and monthly status reports covering KPIs, budget updates, and risks.
  • Coordinate final project evaluations, inspections, and defects-liability punching.
  • Conduct regular walkthroughs to enforce workmanship standards and design specs.
  • Implement site safety protocols to maintain a zero-incident working environment.
  • Ensure all executed works comply strictly with local industrial building codes.
