Job Summary

Support electrical project execution by planning, coordinating, and supervising activities to ensure timely completion, compliance, and effective stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise electrical project activities to support timely and efficient project delivery
• Monitor project progress and track milestones to ensure adherence to schedules
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth project operations
• Prepare detailed project reports, documentation, and progress updates for management and stakeholders
• Ensure all project activities comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Assist in managing project costs, materials, and resource allocation to optimize budget and efficiency
• Participate in site meetings and proactively resolve day-to-day project issues to maintain workflow
• Execute additional duties as assigned by management to support project goals

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
• minimum 5 years of relevant experience in electrical or M&E projects
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications to prepare reports and documentation
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills to facilitate teamwork and issue resolution
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
