Assistant Project Manager (Electrical)

• Office: (Jalan Besar / Lavender MRT)
• Project Site: ICA (Lavander MRT)
• $5500 to $6800
  Working days: Mon to Fri 8/8.30am to 5/5.30pm, Sat may need works depends on site (if works 8 hours can claim allowances)

Requirements

1. Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

2. At least 6 years relevant experience in sub con M&E industry.

Job scopes

• 1) Assist in project planning, costing, budgeting, scheduling, logistics, quality control, and project coordination.

• 2) Oversee M&E construction activities and recommend improvements where necessary.

• 3) Manage contractors and ensure works comply with drawings, specifications, safety requirements, quality standards, and project schedules.

• 4) Implement company construction policies and procedures.

• 5) Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion with efficient use of resources.

• 6) Lead and supervise a team of engineers and site staff.

• 7) Liaise with internal departments, authorities, consultants, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

• Prepare project progress reports, attend site meetings, and update management regularly.

• 9) Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, quality standards, and ISO requirements.

• 10) Plan and allocate manpower effectively to maximize productivity.
