Assistant Sales Engineer (Water & Wastewater Treatment)

About the Role

Waterchem Envirotech Pte. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Sales Engineer to join our growing Engineering team. This role is ideal for candidates who are keen to build a career in the water and wastewater treatment industry.

You will support technical sales, engineering design, project planning, and project execution while gaining valuable hands-on experience in industrial water treatment systems.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the design, costing, and preparation of technical proposals for water and wastewater treatment projects.

Prepare quotations, technical documentation, and project submissions.

Source and procure equipment, spare parts, fittings, and other project materials.

Support project planning, scheduling, coordination, and documentation.

Assist in project execution, site supervision, testing, commissioning, and customer training.

Perform preventive maintenance activities, including troubleshooting, installation, testing, calibration, and system monitoring.

Conduct water and air quality checks and maintain accurate service and maintenance records.

Prepare Risk Assessments, Safe Work Procedures, Involves in respective Safety Audits and ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements.

Support the Engineering and Sales teams in delivering quality solutions to customers.

Carry out other duties as assigned by the Company.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Willing to travel to customer sites within Singapore when required.

A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
