We are currently recruiting for Associate Director/Senior Associate Director, to join our Building Services team. This position will be based in our Singapore Office.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible to:

• Deliver operational excellence through effective management of complex technical solutions and large and complex building services projects / multiple jobs
• BIM automation for construction industry productivity improvements
• Lead and manage project teams by reviewing technical accuracy and technical outcomes
• To devise and deliver practical and economical solutions to problems through applications of technical principles in order to gain respect from clients as a highly skilled consultant
• Understand the client’s business and strategic issues in order to ensure successful outcomes and maximise repeat business revenue
• Understand risk on all jobs through implementation of sound audit, business and financial management and understand impact of work practices on the financial outcome of projects

Prerequisites

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical)
• Associate Directors will have a minimum of ten years of relevant experience in Building Environment industry
• Extensive practical application of principles and practices within their building services discipline
• Proven experience in a consulting environment
• Needs demonstrated experience of working and building relationships with international clients and ability to handle multi-cultural diverse design team.
• For this position, a successful candidate must have experience in leading large commercial building projects. They will have
  excellent written & spoken communication skills in English and be able to work independently & exercise initiative. We require someone who work well with clients and has a delivery focused working style.
