Our Smart Buildings consultants have a practical working knowledge of the delivery of solutions that integrate sensors, networks, and software applications.

We are seeing growth in the Smart Buildings space in Singapore and we are looking for an equally passionate consultant to join our dedicated Smart Buildings team.

We are currently recruiting for Audio-Visual and ICT Specialist to join our Digital and Building Technology team. This position will be based in our Singapore Office.

About You

As an Audio-Visual and ICT specialist at Beca, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing audio-visual systems for our clients. You’ll collaborate with project teams, clients and stakeholders to deliver high-quality AV ICT solutions that enhance communication and collaboration for some high-profile developments in Singapore.

Responsibilities

● Design and develop audio-visual (AV) systems for various projects including commercial spaces, educational institutions, healthcare and entertainment venues.

● Create detailed AV system designs, including layout plans, wiring diagram and technical specifications for meeting rooms, conference spaces, and other workspaces.

● Work with clients and project teams to understand requirement and provide innovative solution.

● Collaborate with architects, engineers, and interior designers to integrate AV solutions seamlessly into building designs.

● Perform site visits to assess and verify project site conditions.

● Support project implementation by providing technical guidance and resolving design-related issues.

● Assists in the preparation of technical proposals and cost estimates.

● Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to AV systems.

Pre-requisites

● Diploma or Degree in ICT/Engineering/Audio Visual or audio-visual certification.

● Minimum 5 years of audiovisual consultancy experience and in designing and implementing AV over IP, AV systems such as Crestron, Extron etc. and audio processing tools.

● Proficiency in AV software, control systems, and audio processing tools.

● Experience in acoustics design or stage lighting will be an advantage.

● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

● Proficiency in English for technical writing and presentation.

● Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
