Automation & Productivity Manager

Driving innovation, automation initiatives across the Company's construction operations. lead and oversee the development, implementation, and optimization of automated systems that enhance operational efficiency, quality, and safety

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, project management, and IT to design and deploy cutting-edge robotic solutions tailored to meet the complex demands of construction and oversee the deployment of robotics and advanced technologies on construction sites.

Robotics & Automation Strategy

·       Develop and implement th ecompany's robotics and automation roadmap.

·       Identify opportunities to improve productivity through automation and innovative technologies.

·       Lead the deployment and management of construction robotics and automated equipment.

·       Evaluate, select, and implement robotic solutions for site operations

·       Monitor robotics performance and optimize operational effectiveness.

·       Develop SOPs and maintenance plans for robotic systems.

·       Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies throughout all phases of automation projects.

Research & Development (R&D)

·       Conduct research and development on automation technologies to enhance construction processes.

·       Integrated automation systems with existing construction workflows for improved efficiency.

·       Develop and implement hardware control solutions for robotics and automated construction equipment.

·       Design and develop user applications for real-time monitoring, data visualization, and system control

Productivity Improvement

·       Analyse project workflows and identify productivity bottlenecks.

·       Develop productivity enhancement plans using automation technologies.

·       Establish productivity KPIs and monitoring systems.

·       Work closely with project teams to improve labor efficiency and resource utilization.

Project Support & Operations

·       Coordinate with Project Managers and Site Teams during technology implementation.

·       Ensure proper operation,maintenance, and utilization of robotics equipment.

·       Monitor performance and effectiveness of deployed technologies.

·       Troubleshoot operational issues and recommend improvements.

Government Grants & Industry Collaboration

·       Identify and secure funding opportunities from BCA, Enterprise Singapore, and other government agencies.

·       Prepare grant applications,project proposals, and supporting documentation.

·       Manage grant compliance,reporting requirements, and project audits.

·       Establish partnerships with research institutes, universities, and technology providers.
