Bim autocad drafter MEP

Job Summary

You will apply BIM technology and autocad drafting in the construction sector (MEP) to produce accurate 2D and 3D models, collaborate effectively with teams to meet project deadlines, and communicate clearly in English. Onsite MEP knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Utilize BIM software to create and manage detailed 2D and 3D construction models for MEP projects
• Adapt quickly to changes in 2D and 3D modeling requirements to support project needs
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of BIM deliverables aligned with project schedules
• Communicate clearly and effectively in English to coordinate with stakeholders and team members
• Apply onsite MEP knowledge to enhance model accuracy and project coordination when required

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience or knowledge of onsite MEP systems to support BIM modeling and project execution
