Job Summary

Support project delivery by managing BIM data and ensuring compliance with BIM standards to enhance collaboration and meet project requirements in civil engineering infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Technical Manager to improve work standards, processes, and techniques by applying BIM and related tools to enhance project outcomes
• Plan, manage, and maintain BIM data to meet project deliverable requirements accurately and timely
• Monitor and enforce compliance with project BIM standards among design and technical teams to ensure quality and consistency
• Coordinate and manage BIM data inflow, exchange, and collaboration with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to enable seamless project communication

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree, Diploma, or Higher Nitec in Architecture, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or BIM Certifications from BCA or a recognized training institute
• Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience
