BIM Coordinator

This position supports the organization's Digital Delivery Transformation and BIM initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with project teams and BIM leadership to support digital delivery, CORENET X implementation, BIM standards, quality assurance, and process improvement.      

Responsibilities:

BIM & Digital Delivery Readiness

·       Support BIM workflows across projects according to BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).

·       Keep project teams updated on BIM requirements and digital delivery standards.

·       Assist in model validation, compliance checking, and quality assurance of IFC models.

·       Ensure compliance with client, regulatory and project BM requirement.

·       Support project teams in preparing digital deliverables and submissions.

Process Development & Knowledge Management

·       Assistin maintaining and improving SOPs, BIM knowledge resource, BIM templates andstandards.

·       Support workflows and quality control procedures.

·       Assist in evaluating and implementing BIM tools, plugins, and digital deliverytechnologies.

Project Model Management, Coordination & Delivery Support

·       Oversee the production and coordination of multidisciplinary models.

·       Assist in model federation, clash detection, issue tracking and coordination reviews.

·       Monitor model integrity, consistency and data quality.

Requirements:

·       ITE, Diploma or Degree in Engineering discipline.

·       Training will be provided, Certification in BIM Management or Diploma will be an advantage.

·       Experience in BIM process improvement, standards development, digital delivery workflow will be an advantage.

·       Good communication, coordination, and time management skills.

·       Able to work independently and under pressure.
