BIM COORDINATOR

Job Summary

Manage on-site technical and BIM coordination to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor progress, resolve issues, and coordinate design reviews while maintaining compliance with quality, safety, and contractual standards in a dynamic construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site technical matters, including BIM coordination, to support seamless project execution
• Monitor and track project progress to ensure site activities align with the master schedule
• Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues promptly to prevent project delays
• Prepare and maintain accurate, timely project reports for management review
• Coordinate and review structural and M&E design details to ensure compliance with project specifications
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders to develop and implement effective technical solutions
• Ensure all works comply with company quality standards, safety guidelines, and contractual requirements
• Adapt and respond effectively to challenges in a fast-paced, dynamic construction environment

Required competencies and certifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent)
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proficient in MS Project and MS Office applications
• Knowledge of BIM software is an added advantage
• Strong technical and analytical capabilities
