BIM Coordinator

Job Summary

You will collaborate with architects and contractors to develop and deliver BIM Execution Plans, ensuring compliance with BIM guidelines and government regulations while managing BIM processes and producing design models and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to develop and deliver BIM Execution Plans that guide project workflows
• Ensure project completion aligns with BIM guidelines and complies with relevant government regulatory requirements
• Manage BIM processes, implement best practices, and apply BIM-related tools to optimize project outcomes
• Create detailed BIM Design Models and produce accurate documentation to support construction activities
• Coordinate effectively with contractors and subcontractors to facilitate smooth project execution

Required competencies and certifications

• Autodesk Revit Certified Professional Exam certification, demonstrating proficiency in Autodesk Building Design Suite software including Revit Architecture

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture / M&E with a minimum of 3 years of LTA project experience
• At least 3 years of BIM (Revit) related project implementation experience
• Completion of 2 to 4 Revit projects is preferred
