BIM Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

• Coordination with LTA, SWC, SMRT, Consultant, Subcontractor, Relevant Agency
• Perform Civil/Structural/Archi/M&E Model creating, updating and revising under the supervision direction of BIM Lead, Engineer throughout the project life cycle
• Create and update Civil/Structural/Archi/M&E Models based on contract drawings and latest information
• Generate documentation and shop drawings from BIM Models
• Ensure models / drawings accuracy based on BIM standards and BIM project workflow criteria / checklist.
• Produce BIM deliverables for Construction, documentation and Develop BIM with the correct parameters and attributes for BIM Based quantification and 4D simulation
• Ensure all productions are completed on schedule or in a timely manner

Job Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent in relevant discipline (Civil/StructuralArchi/M&E)
• Minimum 5 years experience of LTA project as drafter or modeller in the main contractor.
• Experience in Revit , Autocad and Microstation
• Knowledge on reading and interpretation of engineering drawings and models
