BIM Coordinator _ High Rise Building Project

Responsibilities:

• Work with project team to produce shopdrawings, coordination drawings and as-built drawings on Structural, Architectural and MEP aspects ;
• Maintaining and update the complete set of project drawings.
• Coordinate BIM workflows and ensure adherence to project standards and protocols.
• Manage the creation, integration, and maintenance of 3D BIM models.
• Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts in collaboration with project teams.
• Facilitate coordination between architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders using BIM tools.
• Organize and lead BIM coordination meetings to address design and construction issues.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of BIM models and associated data.
• Conduct regular model audits and implement corrective actions as neede
• Prepare and submit BIM progress reports to project managers and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Proficient in operating BIM software with Auto cad/Revit/Tekla
• Minimum 5 years of experience working as BIM Coordinator (Preferably with A1 Main Contractor)
• Strong knowledge of BIM standards and protocols (e.g., Singapore BIM Guide, ISO 19650).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
