Job Summary

Lead the BIM modelling, coordination, and deliverable tasks of projects. Provide BIM leadership, ensure compliance with standards, and support continuous improvement across the BIM process.

Responsibilities

• Implement BIM standards, workflows, and methodologies to ensure consistent project delivery
• Improve and maintain BIM Execution Plans to align with project requirements and improve efficiency
• Lead quality assurance reviews of digital deliverables to ensure compliance with standards and client requirements
• Drive digitalization initiatives and continuous improvement in design and BIM processes, standards, and deliverables
• Lead and manage BIM resources to meet project timelines and delivery goals
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and project teams to coordinate BIM models effectively
• Prepare and review detailed design models and drawings to support project accuracy and completeness
• Support efficient production of drawings while maintaining BIM protocols and standards
• Prepare and review authority submission drawings and documents to comply with regulatory requirements.
• Advise on BIM strategies and technologies to optimize project outcomes
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of company BIM and digital standards

Required competencies and certifications

• Specialist Diploma or relevant certification in BIM (Structural) or Degree in Civil Engineering with BIM experience
• Minimum 4 years of BIM modelling or digital management experience
• Ability to independently coordinate the BIM process across projects
• Familiarity with authority submission requirements and digital standards
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to supervise C&S BIM modeler project teams
• Strong technical design and construction knowledge to review and implement BIM modelling, with effective leadership and communication skills
