BIM Manager

About the Company & Role

Our client is a leading A1 main contractor with decades of successful track record in Singapore's construction industry. Renowned for delivering large-scale and iconic developments, they are currently seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead digital construction initiatives for a high-profile, landmark mixed development project in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement BIM execution strategies across the project lifecycle.
• Lead and manage BIM coordination activities among consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
• Oversee model development, clash detection, model federation, and BIM deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with project BIM requirements, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines.
• Drive digital engineering and construction technology adoption to enhance project delivery efficiency.
• Conduct BIM coordination meetings and resolve interdisciplinary design issues.
• Manage BIM teams and provide technical guidance and training where required.
• Collaborate closely with site, design, and project management teams to facilitate construction planning and execution.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, BIM, or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of BIM experience within the construction industry, including experience managing BIM teams on large-scale building projects.
• Strong knowledge of BIM standards, workflows, and digital construction technologies.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360 / ACC, and related BIM software.
• Experience working on complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Singapore BIM requirements and BCA standards will be advantageous.
