BIM Manager

Job Description:

• BEP Strategy & Set-up: Establish the project's BIM Execution Plan (BEP), workflows, and Common Data Environment (CDE) in strict alignment with LTA's digital delivery standards.
• Multi-Disciplinary Coordination: Lead spatial coordination across massive rail infrastructure packages, including tunnels, underground stations, structural works, and complex MEP/ACMV systems.
• Clash & Quality Management: Run regular automated clash detection using Navisworks, host cross-functional coordination meetings, and resolve design conflicts before site construction begins.
• Regulatory & LTA Compliance: Ensure all digital models and extracted 2D shop drawings fully comply with BCA regulatory codes and specific LTA submission guidelines.
• Asset Handover Delivery: Oversee the accurate creation of final As-Built models and integrated digital data (like COBie) to seamlessly transition into LTA’s Facilities Management systems.
• Team Leadership & IDD: Manage and upskill the team of BIM coordinators and modellers while driving Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) and productivity tracking on-site.
• Able to do modelling from 3D to 6D.

Job Requirement:

• A Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services, Architectural or Structural Engineering.
• More than 5 years of working experience in construction, design, drafting, BIM modelling, BIM model management and/or coordination (services).
• At least 3+ years of direct experience working on LTA infrastructure projects (e.g., MRT stations, tunnels, viaducts), ideally with an A1 Main Contractor or major consultant.
• Expert proficiency in core BIM software: Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, and AutoCAD.
• Working Location: Tampines.
