We are partnering with a well-established Main Contractor delivering major building construction and infrastructure developments across Singapore. Due to ongoing and upcoming projects, we are seeking an experienced BIM Manager to support digital coordination and integration of complex mechanical and electrical systems across multidisciplinary project teams.

Salary: 5 Days Work, Competitive Salary (Up to SGD 12,000) + AWS + Variable Bonus (Up to 2.5 Months)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage the BIM team across multiple large-scale building construction projects.
• Develop, implement and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP), BIM standards and digital construction workflows.
• Oversee the development, review and coordination of BIM models to ensure alignment with consultants' design intent and project requirements.
• Manage multidisciplinary BIM coordination across Architectural, Civil & Structural and M&E disciplines to ensure effective project integration.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings with consultants, subcontractors and project teams to resolve design clashes, technical issues and constructability challenges.
• Review and monitor the quality, accuracy and timely delivery of BIM models, shop drawings, coordination drawings and as-built documentation.
• Identify discrepancies within consultants' drawings and coordinate timely resolutions to minimise design conflicts and construction delays.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance and mentoring to BIM Coordinators, BIM Modellers and project teams.
• Ensure BIM deliverables comply with project specifications, BCA requirements and company BIM standards.
• Support digital construction initiatives and continuously improve BIM processes and project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations and company safety management systems.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of BIM experience within the building construction industry.
• Proven experience as a BIM Manager or BIM Lead managing BIM teams on large-scale building construction projects is essential.
• Strong multidisciplinary BIM coordination experience involving Architectural, Civil & Structural and M&E disciplines.
• Good exposure to Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) coordination will be highly advantageous.
• Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD and other BIM collaboration platforms.
• Strong understanding of BIM Execution Plans (BEP), clash detection, model coordination and digital construction workflows.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple project teams and delivering BIM milestones within project schedules.
