BIM Manager (HDB/Condo/Landed Projects)

• Manage BIM processes and standards across projects.
• Coordinate with design and construction teams to ensure BIM integration.
• Develop BIM strategies to enhance collaboration and efficiency across teams.
• Provide training and support for BIM implementation.
• Develop BIM strategies to enhance collaboration and efficiency across teams.

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or equivalent
• At least 5 years’ BIM experience on HDB, Condo, and Landed projects.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM360.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills.
