BIM Manager (M&E)

• Manage BIM Project Deployment Plan and develop BIM Project Execution Plans, BIM collaboration, documentation, enforcement, monitoring and workflow to meet the project.
• Work closely with project teams to provide solutions for BIM related technical issues.
• Set up processes & workflows for efficient delivery of the project BIM deliverables.
• Set guidelines for internal and external model exchanges between project stakeholders and monitor its progress
• Attend client meetings & lead the decision-making process affecting the BIM deliverables
• To oversee the BIM Coordination and daily management of BIM project data sets/workflows and project set up
• Collaborate with team and other relevant departments to ensure all drawings are in order as per design requirements.
