BIM MANAGER/MODELLER

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of BIM Modellers to deliver accurate and coordinated BIM models.
• Establish and maintain BIM standards, workflows, and quality control procedures.
• Oversee model development, coordination, and clash detection activities.
• Ensure BIM deliverables meet project, client, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and support to project teams.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, consultants, contractors, and clients on BIM-related matters.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of BIM experience, including team management.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM tools.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with BIM standards, project delivery processes, and regulatory requirements.
