BIM Modeler/ Designer (Construction, M&E)

Responsibilities:

• Create detailed 3D models and drawings of Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) systems using Building Information Modeling (BIM) software.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers and designers to ensure accuracy and completeness of the models.
• Generate 2D construction drawings and other project deliverables.
• Maintain and update BIM models to reflect design changes and project progress.
• Assist in the implementation of BIM standards and workflows.
• Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM software.

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in BIM modeling, preferably in Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
• Prior experience in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
