BIM Modeler / Drafter

Job Description

• Developing and maintaining high quality BIM models and 2D drawings using Revit for electrical and infrastructure projects.
• Coordinating BIM models across disciplines to ensure design accuracy and constructability.
• Applying and maintaining CRS BIM standards, templates, and workflows.
• Producing accurate documentation in line with project milestones and deadlines.
• Capturing and documenting Bills of Materials (BOM) aligned with approved models.
• Supporting design reviews and responding to design queries.
• Identifying opportunities for standardization and process improvement.
• Liaising with internal stakeholders and clients to support successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience in BIM modelling and drafting, ideally within electrical, infrastructure, or data centre environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (including Revit Family Editor).
• Experience with AutoCAD and BIM collaboration tools (e.g. BIM360).
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Tertiary qualifications in Drafting, Design, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience with Dynamo or manufacturing software (e.g. Inventor, SolidWorks) will be highly regarded.
