BIM Modeler Revit-Inventor-Autocad

Job Summary
We are seeking a BIM Facade Modeler to support facade and building envelope projects. The role focuses on BIM modeling, drawing production, and coordination for facade systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing accurate 3D models and producing detailed shop and construction drawings for aluminum, glass, and cladding systems.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain BIM models for facade systems using Autodesk Revit
• Use Autodesk Inventor for detailed component modeling and custom facade elements, including fabrication drawings
• Produce shop drawings, construction drawings, and coordination drawings based on project requirements
• Ensure all models and drawings are accurate, coordinated, and aligned with project specifications
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams to resolve design and construction issues
• Review and update models based on design changes and site feedback
• Support clash detection and coordination processes within BIM environment
• Maintain proper documentation and version control of BIM models and drawings

Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience in BIM modeling, preferably in facade or building envelope projects
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (mandatory)
• Working knowledge of Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD
• Strong understanding of facade systems, materials, and construction methods
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in facade industry (aluminum, glazing, cladding systems)
• Familiarity with fabrication drawings and construction processes
• Experience in BIM coordination and clash detection tools

Work Environment
• Office-based with coordination across project teams
• Involvement in construction and design coordination phases
