Core Responsibilities

• Model Creation: Build accurate 3D BIM models for specific disciplines (Architectural, Structural, or MEP - Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing).
• Drafting: Extract and generate detailed 2D shop drawings, elevations, sections, and structural details from the 3D models.
• Clash Detection: Identify spatial conflicts between different building systems (e.g., pipes running through steel beams) and coordinate resolutions with the design team.
• Collaboration: Use Common Data Environments (CDE) to share updates and exchange BIM data with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Revisions & As-Builts: Continually update the model to reflect on-site construction changes, design revisions, and final as-built conditions
