Job Summary

You will develop and update detailed BIM models using Autodesk Revit and related tools, collaborate with project teams to meet deadlines, ensure quality standards, and resolve coordination issues to support successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop detailed BIM models for building exteriors and interiors to ensure accuracy and realism
• Develop and update BIM models using Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, or similar software to support project requirements
• Collaborate with Project Managers, BIM Coordinators, and BIM Managers to align BIM deliverables with project timelines
• Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues to maintain model integrity and project efficiency
• Ensure all models, elements, and data comply with quality standards at each project stage
• Support design, planning, presentations, and documentation by providing accurate BIM data and visualizations
• Provide technical support to team members to resolve modelling issues and improve BIM workflows
• Create intelligent Revit family content to enhance model functionality and detail

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• ITE/Diploma/Degree in Structural, Architecture, Engineering, Construction, MEP, or a relevant field
• 1–3 years of BIM project experience
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit
• Skilled in creating intelligent Revit family content
• Strong technical knowledge and planning skills for managing modelling and drafting tasks
