BIM Modeller

KeyResponsibilities / Job Description:

·          Createand update BIM models using software such as Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.

·          ModelBAS-related systems, including:

Ø  HVAC controls, BMS, Control Panels,Sensors & filed devices, Network Cabling & Control Wiring

·          Prepareshop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings.

·          Coordinatewith mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), architectural, and structuralteams to resolve clashes.

·          Participatein BIM coordination meetings and perform clash detection using tools such asAutodesk Navisworks.

·          Ensuremodels comply with project BIM standards and client requirements.

·          Extractquantities and schedules from BIM models when required.

·          Updatemodels based on site changes, RFIs, and engineering revisions.

·          Supportengineers and project managers with technical documentation.

Required:

·          Degree/ Diploma in Architecture / Structural / M&E Engineering / Construction orequivalent

·          Minimum3-5 years of relevant experience in Building Construction industry

·          Proficiencyin Revit and AutoCAD.

·          Understandingof BIM workflows and LOD (Level of Development) requirements.

·          Basicknowledge of HVAC and BAS/BMS systems.

·          Abilityto read MEP and control-system drawings.

·          Coordinationand Communication skills with stakeholder
