Job Description

1. BIM modelling for architectural/structural & M & E discipline.

2, Adhere to BIM execution plan and BIM project workflow.

3. Prepare design/proposal drawings to specifications set by requirements.

4. Prepare construction drawings and as-built drawing.

5. Prepare clash detection for services and other discipline architect/structure & M & E.

6. Ensure drawings are being controlled and transmitted.

7. Work out on material take-offs from all engineering drawing.

Job Requirements

1. Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM software is an added advantage

2. Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management and/or building with min 2 years' experience with construction companies.
