BIM Modeller

Job Descriptions:

·      Operate Revit 2025 effectively to model Fuel Hydrant Pipelines and 3 Water Pipe Systems (Potable Water, Fire Hydrant, and New Water).

·      Integrate and update all 4 piping systems into the combined services BIM drawings.

·      Maintain and update BIM drawings continuously based on the latest design changes.

·      Prepare, update, and provide accurate as-built drawingsfor the 4 piping types.

·      Liaise closely with AutoCAD Drafters to issue finalized drawings for formal submission.

·      Identify, highlight, and report any clashes found within the combined services BIM drawings.

·      Provide technical suggestions for clash resolution and submit Requests for Information (RFIs) when required.

·      Work independently on BIM modelling tasks with minimal supervision.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Professional certification in BIM Modelling.

• At least 3 years of proven experience handling piping-related BIM modelling work.

• Knowledge or understanding of Civil 3D is a strong advantage.

• Proficient in Revit 2025 and BIM modelling specialized for piping/MEP systems.

• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
