BIM MODELLER

Responsibilities:

• Produce BIM Model deliverables for Construction, documentation and fabrication
• Create and update BIM Models based on contract drawings and latest information
• Generate documentation and shop drawings for BIM Models
• Identify issues for BIM Coordinators where discrepancies occur during design stage
• Able to produce and check construction shop drawings and as-built
• Able to coordinate and liaise with construction project stakeholders

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent in Architectural / Civil & Structural/ Electrical & Mechanical
• At least 1 Year of relevant experience in C&S, Reinforcement/ Architectural/ Electrical & Mechanical BIM Models related projects
• Well versed in Revit and Navisworks
• Able to complete models, shop drawings in timely and quality manner
