BIM Modeller (ACMV)

Job Responsibilities:

·      Develop and update detailed BIM models and shop drawings for ACMV systems using Revit and AutoCAD

·      Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and construction teams to resolve design issues and clashes with other trades including structural, electrical, and plumbing works

·      Prepare technical submissions, shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built documentation for ACMV projects

·      Ensure BIM models and drawings comply with BIM Execution Plans(BEP), project workflows, Singapore BIM Guidelines, and project specifications

·      Update BIM models based on design changes, site conditions, and project requirements to support smooth project delivery

·      Assist in maintaining BIM libraries, drafting standards, and workflow improvements for ACMV projects

Requirements:

·      Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, BIM, or related discipline

·      Minimum 3 years of BIM/Revit experience, preferably in ACMV or MEP construction projects

·      Proficient in Revit (BIM MEP), AutoCAD, and Navisworks

·      Strong knowledge of ACMV systems, layouts, coordination, and technical documentation

·      Familiar with Singapore BIM Guidelines, local building codes, and BIM coordination processes
