BIM Modeller & Coordinator

Roles & Responsibilities

• Create precise and well-structured Architectural Revit (BIM) models, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project requirements.
• Generate detailed plan, elevation, section, and detail drawings derived from BIM models, appropriately annotated for tender and construction purposes.
• Establish and uphold BIM standards and procedures, including sheet layouts, layering conventions, modeling processes, and drawing formats.
• Efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring productive collaboration and delivery within deadlines.
• Work both independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals.
• Possess strong expertise in Revit/BIM software, particularly in Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Singapore's construction regulations and industry standards.
• Oversee the coordination process, facilitating data exchange and collaboration between project stakeholders using BIM.
• Demonstrate expertise in drawing coordination and BIM management within the Singapore construction sector.
• Ensure As-Built/Record Models are meticulously maintained and updated.
• Support information exchange processes using established file-sharing protocols.

Requirements

• A Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or a Specialist Diploma in BIM, or equivalent qualifications.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in BIM modeling, including work with C&S, Reinforcement, Architectural, and MEP-related projects.
• Experience with HDB BTO projects will be a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in interpreting architectural and structural construction documents.
• Ability to deliver models and shop drawings with a high degree of quality and within set timelines.
• Expertise in Autodesk Revit Architecture/Structure/MEP, Navisworks Clash Detection, 4D simulation, and Quantity Take-off.
• Experience in managing project Common Data Environments.
• Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC Build) is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle complex project schedules efficiently.
